By accessing or using the Service, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

Service: The software-as-a-service platform provided by Elevate Base Ltd through its website or application, including all features, functionalities, and updates.

User Account: An account created by you to access and use the Service.

Content: Any data, information, or materials uploaded, submitted, or stored by you while using the Service.

Third-Party Provider: Go High Level Inc, whose platform supports certain aspects of the Service’s infrastructure.

2. 14-Day Free Trial

Eligibility: New users may access the Service free of charge for a trial period of 14 days (“Free Trial”). The Free Trial is limited to one use per user or organisation.

Scope: During the Free Trial, you will have access to the full features of the Service, unless otherwise specified.

End of Trial: At the end of the 14-day Free Trial, your account will transition to a paid subscription unless you cancel your account before the trial period ends.

Payment Details: You may be required to provide payment information when signing up for the Free Trial. No charges will be made until the Free Trial ends, at which point the subscription fee will be automatically charged unless cancelled.

Termination of Trial: We reserve the right to terminate or modify the Free Trial at any time, without notice or liability.

3. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

This licence is granted only if you comply with all provisions of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Fees

Pricing: The pricing for the Service will be outlined on our website or provided in a separate agreement. By signing up for the Service, you agree to the fees and payment terms.

Billing: Payment for subscriptions is due [monthly/annually], and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all subscription fees.

This includes Go High Level Inc, which powers certain aspects of Elevate Base’s infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including, but not limited to, the software, trademarks, and content) are owned by Elevate Base Ltd or its licensors.

You retain ownership of any Content you upload or submit to the Service, but you grant us a licence to use, store, and process such Content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Termination

By You: You may terminate your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms.Upon termination, all your data will be deleted, subject to our data retention policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and without any warranty or representation, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Base Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elevate Base Ltd, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
